Athens to Aegina and Agistri Private Cruise with Luxury 40ft Speed Boat

• This is a 9-Hour private cruise onboard a Luxury 40ft boat starting from Athens “Agios Kosmas” Marina.
• The starting time of the cruise is 10:30 am.
• Drinks such as beer and sodas are being offered complimentary by the crew while on board, under a moderate consumption, and within alcohol safety limits scheme, as per the Greek sea law for travelers on board organized sea excursions.
• The alcoholic drink served on board is Greek beer.
• The size of the speed boat is 40 feet.
• Santorini Day Tours reserves the right to sub-charter additional vessels/operators for this trip, whereas the exact same offerings, boat size, and itinerary/stops will be applied/included as per the original description advertised.
• Depending on weather conditions and the captain/skipper’s judgment the final itinerary may slightly differ from the original in a continuous effort to offer the best possible service/experience on the water to all of our guests and/or for safety reasons.
• Beach towels are being provided onboard the yacht cruise.
• The vessel has WC that can be used both as a restroom and/or changing room.

• Please note that this private cruise with a luxury 40-foot speed boat is subject to weather conditions in the area.
• Our speed boat cruise is very sensitive to weather conditions/rough seas which may result in the cancellation of your private cruise.
• If the weather/wind conditions in the area are beyond safety limits for this cruise, your booking will be cancelled for safety reasons.
• If your cruise is being cancelled due to weather conditions and/or any other reason, a full refund will be issued immediately back to the original form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
  Booking, cancellation or any other extra fees will be charged if a cruise is cancelled by the operator.
• The 40-foot luxury speed boat used for our private cruises is a Technohull Explorer 40 inflatable open rib, with WC-changing room amenities.

Our e-commerce website accepts payments with all major credit cards and PayPal, the booking process is seamless – it should only take a moment to book any of our experiences online.
In case you are trying to book one of our experiences through our website and your transaction is not successful you may try booking by using a different card, pay with PayPal or get in touch with your bank/credit card issuer to describe them the situation and kindly ask them to release any restriction they might have placed on your card or our website.
From our experience, we have noticed that there are times that overseas banks/credit card companies place a short of security on overseas web transactions, as a measure of extra protection for the cardholder.

• If you cancel more than 3 days(73 hours or more) in advance of your scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee and a 100 percent refund is being processed back to the original form of payment.
• If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled departure or NON-SHOW, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
• In addition, no changes / reschedules are possible 72 hours or less prior to the tour start time.
